Terms & Conditions – CoNest
By accessing, booking, or residing in a Conest property, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between you (“Resident”, “User”) and Conest Living Pvt. Ltd. (“Conest”, “we”, “us”).
Booking & Registration
- All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized platforms, or via Conest’s customer support.
- A valid government-issued ID and security deposit are mandatory during check-in.
- The minimum stay period may vary by property. Early check-out may lead to forfeiture of part of your deposit or rent, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
- The Rent must be paid in advance as per the due dates mentioned in your agreement.
- Late payments may incur a late fee or affect your continued stay.
- Accepted payment modes include UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or any digital method approved by Conest.
House Rules
We reserve the right to terminate your stay in cases of:
- Violation of house rules or these Terms
- Non-payment of rent
- Misconduct, violence, or illegal activity
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Security deposit is refundable upon checkout after inspection.
- Cancellation before move-in may incur a cancellation fee (based on timing).
- No refund will be provided for early check-outs unless explicitly agreed.
Use of Website & Services

Amendments
Conest reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
